We will provide clients with comparisons between proposed and similar existing buildings within a market sector, encompassing both whole and elemental costs.

Our research data can also be used to compare the performance of buildings in relation to a variety of factors, such as: speed of construction, net/gross floor area efficiencies, the costs of different procurement methods and specific studies, e.g. steel versus concrete frame costs.

These comparisons will increasingly include the building's key sustainability indicators and can form part of value engineering reviews.
